From my point of view, this is the best Portuguese photography site. I would say that most of the time it's difficult to find a bad picture over there. The standards of quality are very high, and I would say that 90% of the best Portuguese photographers have a gallery there. You are admitted to the club by invitation or by showing first your work. It's also a little more expensive than the others so that will also filter some of the not so good works.

Olhares
This is a reference in terms of a photography site in Portugal. It as the best and the worst in photos. Needs a lot of work in the way they choose photos and criteria they use to reward those works.
For instance, to be able to upload 3 photos a day it's an absurd. I wish I could produce a good picture everyday. So while some members are very careful about what they upload, others use it as a repository of photos that they think have quality.
